From the first discussion through the closing arrangements and beyond, MaryAnn Saxby was there to guide and advise us. She was always available, full of sound suggestions, and she extended her generosity to help the process along. When delays and storage seemed overwhelming, her quick thinking, rolladex, and contacts resolved difficult issues rapidly. She even helped us with plants and farm vehicles beyond expectations. MaryAnn Saxby managed skillfully the whole distressing process of downsizing and selling a large house after our 20 years of living there. We now consider her “almost family”!
